used to be a good goalscoring midfielder but now looks past is, about 30 too isnt he so he will be on his way soon.
No need for strong rumours...Big Sam said as much on MOTD, on the news to the paper, to anyon who would listen.

Nolan in on loan and Carroll return to Spurs. I would settle for that. A goal-scoring midfielder. First since Wardley.

Could be something in this. This week was the first time Sam has publicly hung Nolan out to dry, most probably because he's scrambling to save his own job. If they want him out badly enough we'll get him cut-price as far as wages go...
Exactly,its what we had to do, offer them half the wages and see if they are desperate enough to get rid. They aren't in a position of power here.
