Quarless looked to have made a brilliant catch, at no point was it visibly touching the ground.

But because it was called incomplete the officials had to have irrefutable evidence that it didnt touch, but you couldnt be certain. Its harsh, but thems the rules.

What I meant was how could they call it incomplete in the first place, the benefit should go to the receiver then overturn it if it was incomplete on review, when challenged by the defending team. There is no way that any official could say that was incomplete in live play, other than guessing because even under review it was impossible to tell.
