I watched some video footage of our team last night, a few seasons back with Bodde, Gomez, and Scotland, and we played far better football then, and would have put this crap Villa side out of their misery in the first half! We are utter crap in front of goal!....................<ok>

They were premiership players playing in the championship against championship defences. There is no comparison to be made.

Although i do agree we are looking poor in front of goal. Our final ball has been abysmal for a while now.

Wasn't that team in a lower division? <laugh> Scotland and Gomez proved they are not good enough for the Prem and Bodde is crocked permanently. Hardly a comparison is it? That said, I agree we're not creating nearly enough. Bony is trying to feed off scraps.

I wouldn't have expected you to have noticed the difference in quality.
 
I just think our wingers need to run more at defences to get in the box before whipping a ball in. At the moment they get so far up the pitch, turn around and pass it back.
Our goal today came from Hernandez being in the box to cross the ball. More of this and the goals will come.

There is no difference in the top end of the Championship, and the bottom six of the Premiership, and if you and the Knackered one think any different, then your both deluded!....................<ok>
 
good performance, frustrating result - if i was a Villa fan id be embarassed by their style of play. today proved what most of us know - we are a decent striker away from being a very decent premiership team. the less said about Vasquez the better but worryingly Bony isnt doing it either, not much service i know but neither is he making the moves to get the ball. Ben was awesome today, Lamah looks good and at last we saw more of what we know Pablo is capable of. saying that Dyer would have ripped them apart today.

Now read slowly. I will repeat. Scotland and Gomez (never our player anyway) proven not to be good enough in the Prem. Bodde crocked. Can you read or are are you too busy taking cheap shots? Your comparison sucks I'm afraid.

But read again. Your point about the final ball is a valid one and has much more credibility attached to it. Stick with that. <ok>

Pretty much the story for us this season, and I think whatever we make in the transfer market with Michu, will be lost on Bony!....<ok>

Are you serious? If you're gonna go around calling people deluded then its you who has evaded the debate, no one else.
