I'm very frustrated with the recent results. As mentioned before, we scored two goals yesterday, we scored two goals against Villa, we scored against Newcastle - if we had our first choice players available, we would've won these games and had 8 more points, sitting comfortably a point behind Chelsea on the table.

Don't get me wrong - we're 9th on the table, it's great, but my hopes went up seeing how well we can play when in full strenght, and now i'm just feeling a little bit blue. :(

The tea lady
Clyne Fonte Lovren Shaw
Cork Schneiderlin
Rodriguez Davis Lallana
Osvaldo

Subs: Cropper, Yoshida, Chambers, JWP, Lambert, Ramirez, Gallagher.

OK so what should MP do? We were very poor defensively yesterday but I dont know if injuries will allow him much scope to bring players back. Hoping Luke is over his sore throat and Clyne is fit. Don't think we have any option but to persevere with Gazza but Cardiff play a lot of high balls so he needs to come off his line more. Jos has to go I'm afraid.

My starter for 10 is

Gazza

Clyne Maya Lovren Shaw

Morgan Cork

JWP Davis Adam

Dani

Subs Cropper Clyne Fonte Reed Gaston Rickie Gallagher

Rickie was poor yesterday and think we need Dani's extra pace up front away from home. Obviously start with Jose if he's fit.

Guess you meant JRod on bench not Clynes twin?

Yep should have had my coffee before posting!

That would make sense, I have lost track of the number of times you have sprayed the keyboard when reading some of the stuff on here. I suspect Dani won't be a part of the action until the New Year, Rickie will have to do, he may be feeling better after scoring his goal. I watch him trying to make those passes and the intention and ideas are spot on, Sunday he seemed to be over-hitting them, if he gets them right and the team mates are on the same wavelength I can see some of them bringing good results.

Thing is we had a bad day defensively but I think we'd have beaten a lot of teams. Spurs had a good day. Let's hope Cardiff don't.

Lamballana, you fallen out with Jayrod? Not even on your bench?

Just shows how tough picking a team is.

Yes a tad desperate me thinks.....I didn't realise we had two Clynes.......well he does have one in the team and one on the bench!! <laugh> I know we are desperate for decent defenders but doing that is stretching things a bit....<laugh>
