I think last nights performance from spurs does show there are serious issues at your club and that a bottom half finish in the table is what you should be hoping for.

the £100 million spent in the summer was supposed to build a squad capabale of rotation and one that can compete when you have players injured. So this was the side you put out last night and you looked poor against West Hams squad players.

The money has been wasted on mediocre players and AVB or not you are still really going to struggle for the rest of the year !

TJ - You are a Hammer and I'm with you but you need to read your posts before you press 'submit'.

Why would spurs "hope" for a bottom half finish?

Whilst I'm here - I just add my <laugh> at the mess Spurs have found themselves in.

BYYYYEEEEEEEE!

As in they should hope for a bottom half instead of a relegation dogfight. Should of made myself clearer.

Look at Hull a few seasons back. Top half till xmas and got releagted.

Despite the struggle and mess we've found ourselves in, we still sit 7th in the table.

West Ham are probably on a high and not in "turmoil" like us, yet are a point above relegation and have a trip to the Etihad in the next round of the cup.

Even in times of doom and gloom I can still find things to laugh about when it comes to WHUFC.

As I said on another thread, every cloud has a silver lining. Last nights defeat should ensure that Big Sam keeps his job long enough to see the spammers find their way into the Championship for next season. You could Change your name to Stratford Olympic and your nickname to the Yoyo's! Chou suckers!!!

so what you're saying is that it'll all improve in 13 days <laugh>

The relegation places are all in the bottom half of the table? They aren't mutually exclusive? We hope for a top 4 place, we expect (or I do) a top 8 place.
