Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Emmanuel Adebayor mock Spurs after heavy Liverpool defeat

Spurs duo Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Emmanuel Adebayor mocked Spurs after they fell to their worst home defeat in 16 years against Liverpool.

Assou-Ekotto was farmed out on loan to QPR during the last transfer window, while Adebayor has featured just once for Spurs in the Premier League this season.

Minutes after Liverpool wrapped up a 5-0 victory at White Hart Lane, the pair displayed a complete lack of respect towards Andre Villas-Boas and their Spurs team-mates by smiling for a photo and holding up five fingers.

Posted by Assou-Ekotto on his Twitter page, the tweet below, read: "What a game tonight...happy to see my man @E_Adebayor (LOL)"

Isn't BAE the player who admits he has no passion for football, and sees it purely as a job?

Are you sure? Just want extra confirmation here.

Any one else, can you back-up these claims?

at least he is honest enough to admit it, should imagine there is a lot of people in sport who only do it for the potential money they can make out the game.

cricket related apologies lol, but freddie Flintoff admitted cricket was a means to an end ie money, he from what i can gather hates cricket, and he played for our national side, makes you wonder how many who play for England football team feel the same way he does lol.

I was actually on the train at the time but I was streaming it via Sky Go. Not the best quality so I decided to set my Sky on Remote Record. I can now re-live each goal in it's natural glory!

Having rewatched the game we played a 4-1-3-2 at times <yikes>

----------Lucas------------
Allen-----------------------
-----------------Henderson--
--Sterling------Coutinho-----
---------Suarez--------------

With Allen and Henderson both taking turns to run beyond Suarez.. Worked absolutely perfectly, this could be way more than just a win if these tactics are now continuously played.. The running from midfield was key in implementing the way we wanted to play and is the perfect ploy away from home.

Much more effective against a team playing as high a line as the spuds did though mate. Will it look so good against a team playing a deep back four and five blocking up the middle?? We'll see eh.

good point Billly <ok>

if asked i should imagine most would want the same team against Cardiff, but they are going to come and put all the men behind the ball, so will we change the formation and team, will it still work? hopefully.
