Certainly is time for anothe rbunch of youngsters to get opportunities.

Alberto will be playing, Allen will be playing, Aspas is going to get chances.

So who is going to take their place on the bench? Tex must be a natural opportunity to step upto the first team squad as he is a great technical player and can as a creative midfielder. Who else? Rossiter has to be too young? What about Cameron Brannaghan, has made massive strides forward this season and has tons of energy which will be a massive plus over the christmas season.

On the downside, everybody is injured, on the upside, we are going to see what some of our youngsters are really made of

i am f'n starving.

grumpy?

been here a week and tomorrow i try to fly home but its a ****storm of snow. likely to be 12 hours i nthe airport hoping tomorrow... AND this guy who's swanned in doesn't want chinese so i have to go out now and get some crap for dinner rather than put my feet up.

Grumpy.

If i was at home I'd have used my axe by now.

You are excused due to extenuating circumstances!!

Time to give Aspas another chance IMO. Or Alberto.

Think it'll be Moses & Sterling as wingers and Coutinho central behind Suarez though, which isn't great for us possession wise.

GK:Mignolet
RB:Johnson
LB: Flanaghan
CB: Sakho/Agger
CB:Skrtl/Toure
CM: Lucas
CM:Allen
CM: Alberto
AM: Coutinho
ST: Sterling (try and take advantage of high line)
ST Suarez

Subs: Jones, 2 other CBs, aspas, Moses, Lussy, Tex, Ibe

Not the strongest side weve put out, but id be happy to see how it does. Quite excited to see more youngsters play. I hope we dont compromise our shape just to fit in all experienced players. Hard games for them to come inthough

think so,

Allen and Lucas are the only ones i think, don't think Alberto counts, but he will get game time now.

we get any points over this period it will be a ruddy bonus.

according to reports today you only have two fit midfielders,is that true?

Yes...now report back to AVB and tell him he can rest all your lot this weekend <whistle> In fairness Suarez is playing like 4 men at the moment so even if we have no midfield and you get the referee on your side (as you always do against us) we'll still tear you apart <laugh>
