Thanks for the update sportydan. So it's stopped raining for now, and there's quite a bit of action on the track before F1 so hopefully conditions won't be too bad by the time the race starts

So what cars perform better in the wet. I would assume Ferrari will enjoy it as they have good mechanical grip. Red Bull less so as they have more of a reliance on aerodynamic grip, slower speeds caused by slippy track will reduce speed and therefore aerodynamic grip.

Rain is said to finish before the race and a big batch of rain misses the end of it.

 

They didn't have any problems in Monaco. It all comes down to balance really.
