Its only on the mags board atm so it could be a load of crap but some radio stations are reporting he has walked out. dont shoot me though if it is a load of crap. http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/54362-Bruce-walks-from-Sunderland
Wouldn't take it seriously yesterday we had one person claiming Cayabe had failed his medical then another one who claimed Pardew had walked.
I blame Twitter for all these ridiculous stories. I'm sure if you looked at Twitter long enough there'd be a story that I was going to be crowned king of England.
Bruce leaves (maybe) Off to Villa to play happy families? Wonder if the thought actually did cross the minds of snq and es at any point to replace him, or if it was all just rumours. Glad they seem to have died down...
Wheres big chris when you need him to confirm something so crucial? An anti sunderland rumour on the mags board is hardly a surprise. He won't walk, not after signing that big contract a few months back.
This is a total red herring of a story. He hasnt and will not be walking out on SAFC with a new 2 year contract just signed and the clubs board have declared their backing of him. I'm certainly not convinced he can pull this round now personally but he is going to be our manager for the next 12 months at least (unless we flop completely up to Christmas), so I am happy to discuss any other related matters except this one at this time. Its a pointless debate until something changes either way.
This. It's far too late in the day to do anything about it now. We have to back him and put our trust in him to sort out the first team squad, despite what we may think of him.
Well you know me i still back bruce so it was not a lets start a heated debate type thing from me, I dont listen to the radio at all, so when i seen it over there, i thought i would post it over here (never again though lol)
Steve I don't think it has started that debate and certainly no-one has shot you down as you thought but if it had been reported, my sentiments would be the same. We've no say in the matter and no choice now but to back Bruce and as a huge doubter of him now, I only hope he has the ability and ambition to turn around the 2 very damaging 2 half failures he has presided over in the last 2 years. One thing is for sure he cannot afford a 3rd one and needs to get off to a positive start at least to stop more unrest amongst players a fans alike.
