AVB yesterday to the media: “I think it’s clear I don’t think I have been given enough respect.

"People insult my integrity, my human values, my professionalism and one of these people is sitting here.

“I know it comes with the 6-0 thrashing but the more important thing is the team and the team responded with a good performance today.

Villas-Boas then became involved in a discussion with the reporter in question. “You always chase people and attack people and you don’t attack them from the front you attack from sitting down with the things you write. You attack integrity and competence when you don’t even know that person.

AVB is right about the media, most are scumbags who would be hard pressed to write their names, let alone an interesting article. Attacking people in the press is the only way they get empowerment. Perhaps the Clubs should write articles about the scummier media people in their programs, see if they can take it or just dish it out. Fans would love it.

Greg Norman and his powder blue trousers and white shoes ?? Qld. Mathew Hayden, described by his opening partner as daft as a brush, Qld . Pauline Hansen, the fish and chip shop owner who wanted to be PM, instead went to gaol for fraud, Qld.
The Courier Mail represents Qld. Enough said. And they can't spell "Broad"

CP -thats a very interesting proposition! I dont doubt they are unable to write without bias, as they must have a team they support, but if you buy the same papers every day and read all the match reports it doesn't take too long to realise who's got a downer on Chelsea!
