I thought I knew most things on forums and have to admit that has me flummoxed too.
when u get a suspect poster you can track there history to make sure thay are not about to spam you with viruses (hence recent site issues) , you can also track from where they are posting (means **** all if they are at uni (as there are several thousands) ) apparently its very easy to get this ip address **** wrong mind you. i'm gonna ask the supermods.

Who's going to be on campus at this time on a saturday evening? persuming IP are unique to a device and not a person. Surely we can discount a Uni IP here?
