Almost everyone is thrashing the threads, you only gotta look at the previous form the last month, off topic, if a thread is longer than a page you can almost guarentee the majority thereafter is off topic. Like this one.

I think a thread allowed by mods that invites banter ect is fine for a laugh and bit of slagging but we have shown we can't moderate ourselves:) so mods need to keep on it, all of it and not just United wum rubbish, it may just then stop me rambling on and on and on and on and.. you get the idea:)

only 8 homegrown players needed. we now have gerrard, carra, johnson, kelly, flannagan, henderson, spearing, shelvey and carroll. thats 9 and we have all the academys coming through. there werent many foreigners in kennys team before. i think he wants to show football the way to be brilliant. the fact they call this league this best league should mean we have lots of english folk. and yet we lose 4-1 to germany. i thought the german league was rubbish!
 
its funny....i thought we were talking about homegrown players and british backbones. SORT IT OUT FFS!!! im talking to both mancs and liverpudlians. what started out as a healthy feud all those decades ago has turned into a war zone! btw whole-lot, the fact most of you believed the s*n when hillsborough occured shows you believe stuff tabloids say aswell. (im a hypocrite.i know. but so are you!)

I do think it's important to have a homegrown back bone to the team / squad so the club keeps it identity and there are people aren't the place who konw and respect the clubs history.

Both Fergie and Dagleish seem to appreciate this and it pains me to say it but Liverpool seem to be finally moving in the right direction.
