First United now Spurs.

Maybe they will maybe they won't but you get the feeling this City team could really have gone on to be one of the greats if they'd consistently applied themselves. Not even out of first gear and running up scores like that.

Think they need to keep it up over the whole season. When they won the title two years ago, United and City were both consistently putting up big score lines the for the first few months, but normal things resumed about halfway through the season. Still, it's pretty scary that they out six past Tottenham, without really trying. <yikes>

Great attack cant defend hence why there away form is shocking .

exactly, suits city when teams are less adventurous at Etihad. However when away from home, they can't handle the onslot even from lesser teams!

City always have the best squad, and were my tip from the off. When Pellegrini sorts himself out in the PL, and makes one or two adjustments, they will be tough to beat.

You're not wrong there -me thinks arsenal are keeping top spot warm for city. Most satisfying aspect (apart from the score line) is that it makes a mockery of the notion that throwing money at it guarantees success: try telling that to Tottenham.....100m, goal drought and a 6-0 drubbing.

<laugh> .

still think it would be between us and cheating champions for the title!
