    Disgrace (Part II)
    Not a knee-jerk reaction but.....
Fergie's spending money and signing players - we aren't gonna have a chance of winning the league next season.
Does anyone actually see us winning the league?
Arsenal and Chelsea are going to be really angry that we won it this year, and they'll try really hard next year.

Our midfield was top quality last year and Fergie wants to change it?

Darren Gibson is World class and if he leaves how will we replace him!?!
Rooney and Hernandez are the major weak points... why haven't their contracts been terminated yet?
Vidic is not top 4 quality, he should be sold, and Nani should be made captain immediately - He's the most mentally stable character in the squad.

I hate to be pessimistic guys, but we're doomed - FACT... We'll be lucky if we win any games next season.
This is the end of United - FACT

Fergie needs to go - It's clear that we need more stability....
    Bring in Avram Grant.

    In.Avram.I.Trust !

The midfield was poor last season and needed improving, which is why it will be improved. I said nothing wrong. Your stalking is a little creepy <ok>

Darron Gibson is our only world class player in the UTD squad.

MUFCOK while I constantly berated the likes of Nolhman for saying we will lose the League, I like many Utd fans on this site were concerned about the Utd midfield during last season and to be honest even the season before. Merry's concern over a Midfield that could field the likes of a useless Gibson, an ageing Scholes and a below par Carrick; were not the shouts of a plastic, but as I said the concerns of many Utd fans.

If you think a poor midfield can win the League by 9 points and get to the Champions League final then you haven't got a clue what you are talking about. You plastics will only be happy when Ferguson signs a midfielder with a foreign name. Forget boring sounding 'Young' we NEED a Modric or a Sneijder! With this midfield we have been the 2nd best side in Europe for over 5 years, bettered only by Barcelona. Of course everything can be improved upon but if we don't this summer it won't be a big deal at all.

Also, stalking you? How do you work that out? At least your noticing me though <ok>

I don't know why anyone's even talking about transfers. Modric, Sneijder and Young? Don't you realise that Yernited and the Glazers are in £18 billion of debt? And Liverpool's new owners are worth $6.6 gazillion so they will outbid United for every player they try to sign for the next 784 years. They want SAF's head on a cocktail stick so the Kop can all kiss it. They already outbid United for Ashley Young and Phil Jones. Didn't they?

    BREAKING NEWS:

An onlooker commented: "King Kenny was approached by the police, but he used one of his "put downs" to get out of any trouble.

Jones and Young? They don't sound like they are any good. Give me Modric and Sneijder anyday because they sound more exotic. We are actually dealing with idiots that think like this!

Because you seem to follow me around the forum and refer back to posts of mine from 4 - 5 months ago. Surely you can see how that is stalker like behaviour, no? And I'd be happy with Young being signed and am not particularly keen on Sneijder, whilst Modric is overpriced for a guy who needs too much time and space to influence a game.

How did our central midfield perform in that CL final, just out of interest? How did they perform away from home or when pressed last season? Impressed, were you? Give a direct answer rather than twisting things or changing the subject, if you are capable of such a thing. I have my doubts.

I love the fact that you respond to yourself on that one, because I damn sure didn't say we NEEDED Modric or Sneijder. Seriously, catch a grip. You are displaying schizophrenic tendencies here.

Catch a grip? What in God's name does that mean you clown. You shouldn't be flattering yourself though I wasn't directly talking about you, you are just in a long line of many plastics we have 'supporting' this great club. This is the general consensus from people like you.

I have refered to two of your posts. First one was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen coming from a United 'fan' You are the epitome of Glory Hunter. Second one was quite laughable really because you tried to ACT like a glory hunter when the irony was that you actually posted rubbish similar to that for real. United have won the most difficult league 4 times in the past 6 years with this 'poor' midfield. They have reached 3 Champions League Finals in 4 years. What more do you want?? Do you want them to win absolutely everything? Is that what you have come to expect?

Our midfield performed poorly against the best midfield in the world today. Possibly against the best team this world has ever seen. Is anybody surprised? I know I'm not. I have no arguments either. Sometimes you have to face the fact that United aren't the bestest team in the whole wide world..just ask Ferguson. He had no complaints because he knew just how good they were. Away from home is it so hard to grasp that this league has gotten more competitive? Sunderland winning at Chelsea, Blackpool and Wolves winning at Liverpool, West Brom and Newcastle winning at Arsenal. These teams have gotten better.

Oh name calling again. Aren't you clever? You were directly talking to me. You originally came up with this Sneijder vs Young thing in direct response to one of my comments. Then when no one responded to it, you answered yourself, bizarrely. So stop lying.

And the general consensus from people like me is that someone who feels that they are a better supporter than others and has a condascending attitude, yet still resorts to namecalling needs to take a look at themselves, calm down and stop answering their own posts!

You are obsessed with what others are or are not. Why can't you discuss football, rather than have digs at other posters? Why do you resort to name calling? Are you 12 years old? These are questions that need answered. And our midfield constantly surrendering possession against such powerhouses as Blackpool and Birmingham on our travels is not indicative of a stronger league but an inherent weakness from within that area of our team. But again, ignore that, talk about the achievements of the team as a whole and finally, call me and everyone who disagrees with your rose tinted views a "plastic" as this will no doubt make you feel better.

Ah I notice you are from Belfast, have no affilitation with Manchester United and judging by your posts in which everybody disagrees with you, you know nothing about football. So in that case you support Manchester United because they were the best team at the time of choosing. They played great football in the past and because they don't play scintillating football anymore you aren't used to that. Being top of the league and regularly appearing in Champions League finals doesn't quench your glory huntingism. You need great football aswell. I'm afraid you cannot have it all. Think yourself lucky you didn't choose a team that didn't win things like West Brom or Blackpool because judging from your pessimistic posts you would probably kill youself watching them. Does me calling you a plastic hurt you?

No but people who name call rather than discuss football on forums irritate me. You have made numerous posts calling people who disagree with you or aren't from Manchester "plastics" or glory hunters" (what on Earth does huntingism mean by the way?) or some other cheap little insult. Does this add to the occasional footballing points you try to make? No it doesn't.

"MUFCOK hasn't made any friends." I wonder why.

<laugh> Oh please be my friend! That post just shows I got everything right about you. You didn't try and argue it. You just pointed out how mean and nasty I am. Boring Glory hunter.

One who continually repeats themselves is more boring. And you aren't mean or nasty. You, ironically, are just plain boring and someone who nobody really has any time for. You think I'm a glory hunter. How would you describe a glory hunter? One who wants glory perhaps? So what you're saying is that you DON'T want glory for the team you claim to support? The glory hunter "insult" is cheap, dated and extremely childish. So exactly what I expect from you pretty much. I'm not ashamed of my locality, hence my profile says where I'm from. Your profile gives no indication of your locality though. I'm also not ashamed of wanting my team to win and if there is a very clear weakness, I would like to see the manager at least attempt to address it. Whatever club you support and whatever level they play at, I'd expect fans to want areas of weakness in their team addressed. But not you MUFCOK. You're too good a fan for that.

Mate you are the only bore repeating yourself. Why are you pretending you know me? I have said what I think the type of person you are and you are yet to dispute that. You support a team from another country and you obviously have no affiliation with the city itself. Being 25 it is clear why you support United. They were the best option. I have told you why you are a glory hunter. Nothing is ever good enough for you. You want more and more everytime. The talk in that thread was as if you supported a lower league side fighting relegation. The way you talked like you KNEW that our midfield was crap and that Chelsea WILL win the league was embarrassing. It shows your lack of knowledge. I support my team whatever. I don't care if they are successful or not because that is what being a proper supporter is all about. Not pretending you know about football and questioning the greatest manager of all time. What makes you think you know more about football than him? That YOU know what United need and he can't see it. Great, have an opinion but when you slate a manager who has done everything you show yourself up.
