RIP and sympathies to his family. see 2 have been arrested in Guisborough over this, I live in Guisborough, and nothing like this usually happens, yeah there are fights. like there are evreywhere, but nothing too outlandish, will have to keep my ear to the ground and see if i know them (probably not though i keep myself to myself usually), but my wifes family might.

A Lad called Jordan Downing has been charged for manslaughter, you heard of him?

Yes. 17 year old local lad. Argument over jumping queue (not Daniel) in Pizza Shop, at night, by all accounts. Lad punched Daniel (in chest, I think) who fell backwards, cracked his head, and died.

Lad has been in court, for preliminary manslaughter hearing. In tears in dock.

Thats not what actually happened, it was outside the pizza shop and the papers just put 2 and 2 together and printed it.
I went round to dads to see him, and basically a car pulled up with a few lads looking for a fight, dans gone over to have a word and ones got out and hit him, and dan fell over and hit his head.

Horrible. The lad getting done for it may put on the tears but he shouldn't be living that kind of lifestyle, life won't be on the cards unfortunately, never is these days.
