I've done this once before - I took a screenshot, cropped it, then uploaded the image to an image hosting site, and inserted it into a post. PM me if you need further help.
I assume you mean "table" rather than "spreadsheet"? There's a button on the advanced reply page. It say table when you hover the mouse cursor over it. Screeshot is easiest but not editable. "tr" stands for Table Row. Inside each Table Row there are Table Data ("td") cells. This code produces the following table: PHP:

Col1 Col2

Row2 Row2

Row3 Row3

Col1 Col2

Row2 Row2

Row3 Row3

Geeks and nerds rule the world! And it's BB-code, not HTML. edit: not PHP (spits on floor) either. I needed that for the formatting.
Glad i don't have to do it,thats as clear as mud to me,but my Daughter would understand it compeletly
Hi Inda, Thanks for this. I have an Excel sheet, but I want to insert it in its current format, rather than make a new table. WY has given me some advise so will have a crack at that, and see if it works. Cheers guys.
Excel nerd. Actually I get Excel but some of the other stuff I am waiting for my son to grow up and explain to me. The confusing thing in my office is that I use (MS) Excel a lot and also deal with the ExCeL exhibition centre a lot. Oh the fun we have at work.
