After dropping points at Stoke, it is doubly important we beat Hull...MP will rest players against Sunderland, though, if we get past Sunderland, I'm sure he will put a full team out against Chelsea. He will want a good showing against Mourinho, it's at home and a semi will beckon.

Jesus will still be in charge. I doubt poch will even travel up for it. I reckon;

Davis, chambers, yoshi, hoiveld, fox, Davis, cork, ramierez, isgrove/rowe, lee + ?

I would like to see JWP play but he has worked hard in recent league matches.

Er, Pochettino always travels for games, and always takes charge of the team. Perez does the press stuff though because the interpreter doesn't attend the cup games.

And how on earth did you come to that conclusion?
 
Don't play a weakened team, as we (SAFC) are a hell of a lot better at home, and we already play a weakened team !, we have a massive midfield contention, but poor defence. Where is Lambert in you team ?. Poyet will play the first team but hopefully drop Cuellar, Bardsley bring in Diakite and Mavrias.

Jesus Perez was on the touchline and gave post match interviews in both previous rounds. MP was nowhere to be seen. I suspect Jesus has been put in charge of early league cup progression while Poch works the team hard on the training ground. I don't think Cortese is remotely interested in the league cup.

Heck of an assumption if you don't mind me saying. I've never heard of a manager bunking off from cup games, however much they might like to.
