What would you consider not to be a condiment?

I'd add Coleman's horseradish and Schwarz's stilton and cress fish sauce to that list (dunno if we're doing sauces). I like Schwarz white pepper too.

Not really condiment related, but bastard trick-or-treating-kids! I put all the Heroes and Celebrations in the bottom of bag, and I topped it up with two packs of Haribo cheapo stuff. Little ****s have dived straight to the bottom and taken all the good stuff, and left me with Haribo crap. ****ers!

    Salad cream- Vile

    Heinz Ketchup- absolute muck

    Brown sauce- just no

    Mustard- nope

Always have black peppercorns in the house and sea salt used in very small quantity.
Mayo is my fave, and definitely not Hellmans :emoticon-0119-puke: or supermarket branded ****
A good quality organic garlic mayo for chips and stuff.
Also,a good quality extra virgin olive oil is always around for Pizza, pasta, dipping etc. Use loads of it <ok>

Black pepper - God's own condiment and spice of choice.

Always enjoyed pasta, cooked in salted water, slathered in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a healthy amount of black pepper stirred through it.

Recently found that Black pepper can also be dusted over hot buttered toast (must be salted butter, mind).

But for a good cauli cheese, you have to have mustard and white pepper...
