This is totally the wrong decision . I would have thought with Hampden not available
the game should have been played at Old Trafford , Wembley or Cardiff. Neither
The Rangers or Raith Rovers have any history of fan trouble.

beneath them . Hadn't Murray planned for them to be in the Champions League
