Not unusual in all fairness. As far as i'm aware Video evidence has never been evidence enough on it's own to lead to a conviction in a court of law. However...we are not talking about a court of law here, we are talking about disciplinary action by the military leaders. They know or can easily find out the names of every single person from the Armed Forces who was there that day, and i'm pretty sure that the people (in uniform) who were joining in with the singing and general bawbaggery could be easily identified. Best to brush it under the carpet and pretend nothing happened.
