As you have locked another thread I would like to enquire openly why this thread started by a mod was deleted?

The fans project described as "flogging crap" by a moderator will raise cash for a South Bristol Kids team. My sons South Bristol football team.

I fail to understand how other members can find a project that is community centred, inclusive and worthwhile can be annoyinhg to other not 606 members.

I have asked on several occasions what was the point of the "flogging crap" remark. Nobody has provided an answer, or attempted to.
 
I may pop along with the family to a firework display in either Dorch or Weymouth, and all monies raised go to local charities, its all for charity mate.

I think there will be plenty of fireworks on display here this evening, so I'm going to enjoy the spectacle.

I've heard that massive is going to a firework display in Kingswood compered by Ian Holloway where Goodnight Irene will be played on a continuous loop, all fireworks will be blue or white and massive's own anus will be used to launch rockets. All proceeds to Bristol Rovers FC. I think massive will ****ing love it <laugh>

Argument would indicate a two way expression of views. That has not occurred.

Threads disappear, or get locked.

A boundary was crossed with that deleted thread. It may have been a misunderstanding, a flippant quip, at least apologize.

I don't actually know what you're on about, but like I said before you took words out my mouth please stop arguing for the sake of it

But it only seems like you and a few others know about Crapgate, so surely you know who said it?? I really doubt no mods would be that insensitive about a good cause for the club

That thread was started by a moderator. The comment was made by a moderator and the thread was deleted by a moderator. No explanation was provided, or questions answered.

Obviously a kids football team is unworthy of the hierarchical clique on not 606 and raising cash for them is crap.

So mods delete my account please I do not want to be a member of site that thinks so little of community activities carried out by fans.

They don't let Brett out on firework night - he either runs off whimpering and howling or hides behind the sofa after having soiled himself in panic at the loud noises.

Think again.

Which one? Can't remember as the remark was challenged and then the thread was deleted quickly after. It may have been intended as a flippant quip, but it was easy to take out of context because it was so clumsy [at best].
