The trio soaked up the sun on their summer holiday in Barbados, and we can only assume they were talking tactics as they sat on their beach loungers in the exclusive Sandy Lane resort.


Of course, there are some other areas they share in common apart from football…


Aston Villa assistant manager McAllister is thinning on top, and may have been consulting Rooney on his recent hair transplant operation.


The former Scottish international is also known to have turned up to a job interview with Brian Clough wearing cowboy boots - and we reckon hirsute Carroll definitely fancies himself as a bit of a rodeo star.


Maybe the pair were discussing where they could find a good Bucking Bronco in the Caribbean?
