Yeah the mayor of NY is a right prick, He says that it isn't art and wants it removed, Which he did on one wall, Yet right above Bansky's work there was name tags? Stupid muricans haven't got a clue
I do wonder how much of this mayors thing is staged, lots of properties increase in value with his work on it. But geniune question how do you know if it's Banksy's work or someone else's?
I have around 6 canvases around the house but a massive one going up the stairs of the bent coppers, and just looked on my book shelf, i have Banksy wall and Piece (most people have that one) but also some A6 size books that some of them are worth a bit more ; Banging your head against a brick wall ;Existencillism ; Pictures of walls ; cut it out , he's a very clever guy.
****inghell Shiny you scored big time on the premiership fantasy manager today, Red Robin will be ****ing over you soon
You don't but the professional artist people can identify a Banksy piece. Would love it if he painted on my house. What do you reckon it would add? 50k/60k
I've got half a dozen stencils of his work, but I know if they suddenly appeared around Dorchester and Weymouth 'they' would know its not his work but an attempt by a drunken city fan!
I watched the Wee Man last night a true story of a gangster in Glasgow. I suspect Lanny's already seen it as he likes that sort of thing. If not Lanny you would enjoy it
Didn't like the bit where they showed him being bullied with the dog, just didn't see the point of showing that on telly.
No I haven't, but I saw a good gangster movie which comes on demand on Friday, which I will be watching
What's it called? I like gangster movies as well. But I liked this one last night especially knowing it's a true story.
That's it, gangster squad looks good Also started watching the series boardwalk empire which is all about the prohibition era in the 1920's, brilliant programme
