Yes, you need to spend 5 days solid on a sun bed first, to help your skin acclimatise and then rub a large portion of cheesy chips into your skin to help it absorb the Sun's rays. <ok>
 
If im honest its just get through it. i actually work at St James so its good to actually talk to the players and stuff.

Well I was talking to bob moncur at the end of last season and he said mile personally told him he never wants to be a relegation season again so I thought great he's going to invest but he didn't so I'd hazard a guess he's trying to sell<whistle>
