On the religion issue. I disagree. Lots of people want to be catholic and Protestant. They don't actually care about the religion aspect. Just belonging to a group

Totally agree with that - I know loads of people that call themselves catholics but wouldn't know what the inside of a church looked like now.
 
As a member of both junior and senior BB I had to attend church even though i am a confirmed agnostic.

Nowadays I find myself agreeing with Groucho Marx.
 
Now to the heart of the matter...

...I eat seafood at least once a week. Fish every Tuesday, and shellfish sometimes midweek or at the weekend.
 
I'm not religious. Some people are bu I don't think you have to attend church to be religious. One can do it privately.

I have a problem with organised religion and the riches that adorn places of worship. I find that hypocritical. Let's look after the poor and the needy but yet you look at somewhere like The Vatican City and you think "really?"

That goes for all religions.
