I know! I concealed my age because it might annoy some people being modded by someone quite young.
I'm used to bossing/dealing with people older than me at work so its fairly normal for me.

Yeah got the phone but to be honest it annoys me a bit looking at this site on my phone, just look at apps and stuff while on the throne with that. Computers fine anyway. I get my work done majority and as long as thats always above 50% of the time I'll always have an arguement, I hope

I'm a quantity surveyor.
I run (financially) building projects. Not massive ones atm but significant. Just finished one which will probably be final accounted at £780k ish.
So i'm in charge of tendering/placing order/valuing contracts/payment subcontractors and final accounted them, as well as getting variations and payment out of our client and forecasting all that to my bosses.

Managed to secure a couple of small pots of funding in the last couple of months so I've still got a job until about May / June
