This is going to sound a bit pedantic but you shouldn't use AC as a short title for AC Milan. It would be like using FC as a short title for say Liverpool FC.
AC means 'football club' in Italian.

Only in England! In Italy they are called Milan and Inter. The English spelling of Milan is deliberate as they were called that in honour of the inventors of the game.

and Inter are Internazionale - no mention of Milan. The Milan reference has been added by others as Glasgow has been added to Celtic and Rangers, to define them geographically.

I think you are right about their original name but their own web-site now calls them FC Internazionale Milano and their badge has FCIM so I guess that changed.

According to wiki they were forced to use the Italian spelling by Mussolini's government but have since changed back.

Yeah, I switched over to Sky, it's not quite as fast but it's never gone down. With Virgin it was every couple of months it would be down for a few days because of a fault or maintenance.
