we're from ireland and we're better than you.

Italy 0-2 Ireland
Macedonia 0-2 Ireland
Ireland 1-0 Scotland
Ireland 5-0 Norn Iron

what a great end to the season

TAL

Italy Reserves 0-2 Ireland
Macedonia (who?) 0-2 Ireland
Ireland 1-0 Scotland Reserves
Ireland 5-0 Norn Iron Under 19's

That's a bit more like it

Not so good at growing potatoes though, were you?

What's all that about by the way? How can you not grow potatoes?

Granted I've never tried, but I doubt it's that difficult. Also, you should probably have grown some other crops too, just to be on the safe side. Spread your risk, as it were.

No wonder you have a reputation for being stupid.

No offense.

To be fair it's been Ireland reserves too. Darren O'Dea, can't get into a Celtic team and wasn't getting into the Ipswich team either - a few other players I've just had to look up on Wikipediia.

Oh but there was plenty of other food, but the British exported it all to feed the Empire's armies and factories. Britain's breadbasket as it were. a more accurate term for the famine would actually be the Irish Holocaust as it was suspiciously coordinated in a way to cleanse the land of the peasant farmer and impose British mass scale farming. Explain the soup kitchens that forced the starving to convert before they were given the most nutritionally deficient "food" substance known to man?
