The atmosphere at Goodison Park tonight is shocking.

You wouldn't have thought they were thrashing another team off the park.

Ordinarily I'd agree with you Craig. But Newcastle are a car crash at the moment. No let JFK step into Pardews shoes.

True, but in some ways the pressure is off a new manager taking over from someone else's ****-up, whereas the opposite can bring more pressure ... just ask Moyes.

Aye i noticed that. Maybe they can sense they are going from constant battlers to serious top 4 contenders and its taken them back a bit.

This worries me. Pardew could do one at NUFC and SB would be high on their list. I also think Bruce would be very tempted.

Hope not. While here I think he has total control of all football matters, he won't have that up in Newcastle.
Hasn't he also put it on record that he previously turned down the Newcastle job.

Newcastle look like ****.

Good result for us, we were never going to finish above Everton anyway. Wouldnt surprise me if we did finish above Newcastle.

He's said its the job he's always wanted but circumstances got in the way a couple of times. You've got to be mad or desperate to manage under Ashley. Anyone know someone who wants to bring his best game to the table?..........

He turned them down when he was at Birmingham. I think he said it was a very tempting offer but he felt he had to be loyal to Brum.

Why has Tim Howard got his head on upside down/

Real men grow beards in the winter. Plus he is an American and beards are in.
