I was actually quite impressed with Berkshire as he ran green, changed his legs a couple of times and yet still got up and was going away at the line in my opinion, I felt had there been an extra furlong he would have asserted. The second was clearly fancied to have come on since they last met as how often do you see a horse beat easily by 8 lengths backed into joint favouritism with the horse that beat him when re-opposing.

I think a mile is his minimum next year.

Booooooooom-tastic Ahyaknowyerself. Thought Sam had gone off way too fast but kept going in tremendous style despite bunny-hopping the last 2. Ah I love the jumps <ok>

Great call Oddie, I thought McCoy was going to pick him up the way he was travelling and thought the winner had gone too fast, but Jockey got his pace right. <applause>

Comfortable win for Vorda. Brilliant jockey is Peslier. I'll probably get jumped on but, imo, the best around. Whether in France or UK he is worth a few pounds in the big races.

Afternoon all, The Disengager faces a tough task of top weight at Market Rasen but I reckon he may just see them all off again. He was certainly very game when challenged by his lightly weighted stable mate lto and he jumped markedly right that day to. If he runs to that form again on this rh track he'll be competitive. Each way bet for me @ 10s
In the Cambridgeshire lottery I've picked out 2 ew - a young un and a seasoned campaigner. Code of Honour @ 22s. Form on the ground and over further, plus Candy and Sweeney usually combine to good effect. Fury @ 40s. Runs of 8lb less than last year and may just have one of these handicaps in him with a bit of luck.
At Chester I've picked out Powder Hound 3.05 to make all from stall 1 and Dr Red Eye 4.50 to maintain his good form at this track when granted a favourable draw. Again both Each way.
Good luck all

2.50 Bold chief. Beat donkeys last time but if you look 2 runs back he narrowly held off prospect wells. rfc with grandads horse aswell.

Afternoon all - fantastic shout on Bouggleur boys and girls <applause>

Just the one for me today - King george River only finished 3 lengths behind intello earlier this season and i fancy him very highly in the cambridgeshire.

Strictly Silver @ Tres Coronas each way for me in the Cambridgeshire whilst Top Offer in the 7:00 @ Wolves should win ;-)
