Saints don't tend to announce appointments and dismissals of members of back-room staff. Sure, you'll occasionally see a mention of a new 'Head of X Department', but generally as a rule of thumb they tend not to bother with those announcements. The only real recent announcements of back-room staff were the departures of Crosby, Wilkins and Stannard and and arrival of Perez, D'Agostino and Jimenez in their places. People are coming and going throughout, it's just not announced. Happened under Pardew, happened under Adkins, still happening under Pochettino.
On the subject of the coaches, I like Perez, D'Agostino and Jimenez. They're are very vocal and engaging. On the coaching videos you can always hear them coaxing and encouraging. Even their jokes are positive and upbeat.
The combined efforts of all of our scouts only found us three players this summer, none of them particularly unknown. Sack 'em all.
I bet they found loads. What they didn't find was many to the required standards Saints are setting. We only want those that will, in time, take the club forward, not back the way it came.
