I've heard that his man-management style led to virtually a player revolt at Sunderland - that's why their board have acted quickly.

By the way - fair play to your team for the performance at Ashton Gate last Tuesday - you deserved your point

He had a false reputation from his time at Swindon, who probably had twice the budget of any other club when they won League 2. My long experience as a teacher tells me you do not get anywhere in the long run if you constantly insult and belittle those who are working for you.
