martinez was stupid enuf to start Rom on bench

came on as second half sub..

made and scored the potential winner at 83 min..

he is worse than nando /ba?

personally think Rom wrote his own exit by missing that PK against BM..

until then there were no indications, heck until the 11 PM on transfer deadline there wasn't any indication..
 
Can't believe he's out on loan,remind's me a lot of Drogba strong and powerful running,and knocking defender's out of the way,i would love him at Spurs

Can't shift Torres, just bought Eto'o, Ba would have strengthened Arsenal.

Lukaku loan was the only option. Hope he flourishes.

at this rate Lukaku would make all & Jose to look bloody stupid!

He only signed for 1 year so I think that's a good bet.
The one thing that bothers me about Lukaku is that we revert to defensive long ball game. It really would be a shame if that happened. He's a great alternative from the bench but I don't know that he fits in to the current style.

Any striker who can score more goals than all of ours combined is in my team!!
I'm still looking for clues as to what our current style is. Looks just like the old style, but without the results. Our 3 best players never on the pitch together, because they are on the sidelines practicing "tracking back ". Attack not as good as last year, defence about the same, midfield with absolutely no one in control, and another 30 mill odd spent to "strengthen" us. Not a penny spent strengthening the areas that actually need strengthening. Jose must have some players in mind in the Jan transfer, cause the current ones are not apparently adapting to his new system very well. Lets hope Staeua is the start of something. Jose said change will not happen quickly, and now I believe him.
He really has a lot of sorting and moving on of players to do.

just coz he is tall & strong doesnt mean he is for route 1, for eff sakes he isn't Caroll!

Lukaku has speed, skill & brain, to become a complete striker like Drog!
