it is back up and running, administrator is currently not accepting new membership registrations now sorted
except when you register you have to wait 48 hours for someone to look at your registration apparently

.Hardly an informed response from a forum displaying an image that is highly participatory in nature.
No mate, Im here to keep the site clean, I'm not someone to look up to or respect, Just someone to make sure you are all in line 
The photos are not offensive, I've simply got fed up of explaining myself mate. I haven't regularly fallen out with city fans or the gas? A very small section of city fans seem to have targeted me for the photo even though I didn't put it there, I didn't decide to put it there and I wasn't a mod when it was put there, I can't change it either. Don't know how many times I have to say that
