Hi guys long time no see , well if any of you remember i was a great advocate of splashing the cash to attain Premier league football thus putting us in a strong position to consolidate or clear our dept and enjoy the delights of watching class premier football. Some of you may also remember Saladragon who was totally against spending the dosh with the attitude of it is better to not invest and drop down a few divisions (lets be honest here a few were convinced he was a covert Jack!)he was renowned for his long winding nonsical boring posts on how prudence would win the day when my argument with Salad was that if Cardiff followed his ideas then that would just put us back in the old Fourth Division . After many a debate with Saladragon i never once wavered in my beliefs or convictions of the way forward so as you can imagine i was in raptures when we finally made the Premiership and it was great see the club do exactly as i believed they had to by using the financial clout required to achieve their aims and of course also gaining unimaginable financial support (Thank you so much Mr Tan)and getting us to the Promised land. Anybody who remembers my stance against Saladragon would have to admit this is not just hindsight on my behalf and should be able to remember my posts accordingly. I am still here following my beloved Cardiff irelevant of Colour of shirt or badge (please understand this is not a Rebrand thread)but the question i really want to ask is where is the Saladragon now!!? lets be open here he did not hang about too long once Cardiff went in the direction i and a load of other fans wanted them to , i personally believed they would achieve the ultimate goal and am so happy to be able to debate and form my opinions of my beloved Cardiff City in the Premiership where i predict 13th finish come the end of the season which would be a fine finish IMO come the end of the season ,But what about the egotistical Saladragon? it looks like he took his shattered ego and disappeared into the sunset in a very embarrassing fashion as i told him he would on several occasions!. Anyways good to see some old familiar faces and some new faces enjoying our teams great adventure
Welcome back T G I, I have not seen Salad on this site or at least not with that name. I'm with you with the need to spend and thankfully Tan has put his hand into his pocket a few times, let's hope it's all turned into shares soon. With the team we have now it can only be onwards and upwards.
Nice to meet you Dai sorry if thread is protracted but i promise any future posts/threads will be a lot shorter and to the point i am not on here to shoot down anybodies opinions or belittle members post i see enough of that on AAMB just here to jolly in our success and to see how a few of the old posters are doing .
You leave Salad alone TGI - he was my cure for insomnia a few years back........... Don't need him now though, I slip into sleep mode easy now in the knowledge that we've got there without the profit of doom telling us otherwise. Good to see you back. I did give your monika a mention a couple of days back on a thread about wanting the old members to come back - glad you did.
Met a few of the guys in the Insole once or twice on the not606 reunions good bunch of lads would be nice to catch up again.

Welcome back TGI. I don't think Salad has reappeared on here since we started going onwards and upwards. He is not missed and no one on here now replicates his absolute negativity so I do not think he is a current poster under a new mantle. Were you aware that our good friend (and supper of many pints at the Insole) Prophet had passed on to the great stadium in the sky? Now he is one who is sorely missed. We should all try to meet up again at the Insole to drink a pint or two in his honour. I can't do the Spurs game but will welcome suggestions for later matches.

Really sad news about the Prophert i remember having a good drink with him on one occasion after meeting in the Insole we carried on having a good drink back at my house (stone throw away from the CCS) we had a good session and he kipped the night following day he messages my on here to tell me he lost his Mobile phone i found it a few days later so dropped it off over the Ninnian were we had another few bevvys , so so sad to here he passed on was a very decent guy.
A few scooter guys go up the Fino lounge in Witchurch village on Thursday evenings also a little scene going on over the Robin Hood in poncanna on Wednesday evenings tend to go to either if i am not working i'll ask around 125's are decent sellers .
