Massive spastic indeed <laugh>

Case closed. :)

I'll repeat...Of course only a massive spastic would try and define the entire 125 year footballing pedigree of a club by the possession stats of a single 90 minutes.

The devil is in the detail <ok>

ANDRES INIESTA has revealed Barcelona are worried about another Champions League duel with Celtic.

The Spanish superstar has refused to rule Neil Lennon’s side out of Group H after the Hoops’ 2-1 win over the Catalans at Parkhead last year.

Iniesta is adamant that the Scottish champs won’t be a pushover for Barca, AC Milan or Ajax – and says Lennon’s men are ‘dangerous’ in Europe.

The 29-year-old remembers only too well Celtic’s group stage win in November and is wary of a repeat.

He said: “There is never an easy group in the Champions League. This one is very similar to
last season’s for us and that wasn’t easy.

“Celtic are never easy opponents. Last season we suffered against them in the Nou Camp and we were defeated in Glasgow.

“People believe they are a comfortable rival for us but it’s not true.

“To play in Glasgow is always a special occasion because of the atmosphere in that ground. For me, it’s very satisfying because the people there understand football.

“We know all about Celtic and they are always a dangerous team in Europe.”

Looks like our reputation is still intact.

yeah, in Europe, mostly well organised, team work and gritty/workmanlike...especially against bigger teams. however, we played really well, good attacking football, against spartak last eason.

Under MO'N we played football that wasn't exactly pleasing on the eye. Yet some of the matches under him we played absolutely fantastic stuff (Juve and Anderlecht in particular).

Lionel Messi has accused Rangers of playing "anti-football" in last night's goalless Champions League game at Ibrox and warned they will suffer at the Camp Nou.

Barcelona dominated for large spells in the Group E match but failed to break down a stubborn Rangers defence. Walter Smith's men held on for the point which keeps them joint top of the group ahead of the return leg in a fortnight's time. But while Rangers were thrilled with the draw, Messi was less than impressed by their tactics.

"It's incredible," he said. "Rangers didn't want to play football. They practised anti-football from the first minute and it's a shame we couldn't take victory because we created a good number of chances. We just didn't put them away. I think that when they come to the Camp Nou everything is going to be very different."

The 20-year-old Messi added: "We need to find a solution for breaking down a team who close down so much, but I don't believe we will come across many teams who play this way."

Some things never change.

No only a massive spastic would think asking a question about the champions league is trying to define 125 years of a clubs footballing pedigree .

And only a nassive spastic would talk about the way his club plays football anytime he finds himself in a foreign country.

And only a massive spastic would make sweeping statements about the Celtic way of playing football when it's ****ing obvious to any **** wirh half a brain that the way Celtic or any other team plays football is dependant on any number of different factors including who the manager of Celtic happens to be at the time .

And only a massive spastic would make the same sweeping statements about any other club for the same reason as above

And onl y a nassive spastic could be as much of a tit as you are .

So, the evidence presented is iniesta saying Celtic pla attacking football, rijkard saying they play anti football, and blokes Eric meets abroad saying nice things about them.
