I thought we looked a mid-table team for a majority of the match. Just a great shame we didn't finish chances to prove that. For Chelsea and Man City to only get 2 each against us, at their grounds, is a great improvement on the last time we were in this league. Alot of teams are going to get thumped for more than that at those grounds.

Bring in a top striker and we will be more than safe. Question is, is said striker available...?

I can still see us going for Rhodes in a deal involving giving them Cairney and someone else (Prozzy maybe) as well as say £4m.
 
We actually got some recognition from the likes of Alan Shearer and Andy Gray on the channel I watched but still have the stigma that we are small time players in this league, even though some of the so called bigger clubs have been relegated to lower leagues in years gone by.

Shearer said on MOTD2 that Thudd and Livermore were the best signings of the 3 promoted sides and could be the difference.

Shearer has previously said he thinks we'll stay up.
