Scored 2goals for Benin 2day as they lost 6-2 to the Ivory Coast in an ACN qulifier, one was from the penalty spot and the other one in the words of my Geordie mate who watched it online because Gervinho was playing who never gives credit to anything Sunderland related said... if im honest his goal was half decent took it on the chest no one pressured him so he just let it bounce and hit it on the half volley... so it must of been top class love the bloke, think he will be the main man next season
Watched all the vids of him on youtube, prior to his signing, also talked to a lot of pals in Toulouse, both the vids and the praise assured me we were getting a good un, now what can a manager get out of him,
I was really excited when you guys signed him, I've always had a thing for PSG (wearing an old PSG top right now!) and I loved Sessegnon there, so was very excited when I heard he'd be coming to England. Class player.
I love the guy, and I think PSG was very annoyed to let him go. I hope Benin don't get through to the finals, just so we can keep him here!
The injuries we had forced Steve Bruce to play him up front, something I don't think he would have even considered, had all of our forwards been fit. As we have all now witnessed, the forward area is definitely Sess' best position, but will he be played there next season? He's been played on both wings and in central midfield, but didn't particularly shine in any of those positions, so I believe Sess will be one of our four main strikers next season, which is possibly why we are being linked with so many midfielders in the current transfer merry-go-round.
I think you are right pal, for me he should be given a free role to roam around inbetween the midfield and the striker
welli mate, Sessegnon is one of the reason's why i think it could turn out to be good to sell Henderson and Cattermole. we need more creativity in the midfield if we can get close to 30m for Catts and Henderson we could go out n try for N'Zogbia and someone like Palacios in the middle.
Catts yes, Henderson definitely not. Give it a couple of years and Henderson will be worth £30m on his own.
What he said, IF he learns to put his foot in and manages to get the ball past the first man. However I think he has shown (in flashes) this season what he is capable of and why he is so highly rated. What message does it send to the youngsters if we were to sell at the first serious offer that comes in? If Henderson were to go, who would we replace him with, how much would they cost and would the shirt mean as much to them as it does a local lad?
I love Sess. The type of player I never thought would come to us. If he hit's the form he showed for PSG a couple of years ago he will be champion's league bound.
Yeah exactly, the way things are going if Sess gets 10+ goals next season no doubt we will sell him as we seem to be emerging as a selling club lately
my source tells me hes a great entertainer in the dressing room and him and asa give the lads a singing and dancing routine before every game
