Anyway, we got to the Champions League semi-final in 2001, I guess that's pretty significant and recent. Not sure what your club is but I'd like to know what they've achieved on the continent that was more significant and belittles that?

What does that saying have to do with Leeds United? You couldn't even be champions of League 1 when you were in it nevermind champions of Europe
That semi final was a one off and Leeds had millions of pounds to spend on that team. Rangers and Celtic do well in Europe considering what little money they have to spend and the **** competition they come up against in the SPL

Leeds spending loads of money isn't an excuse it's a fact. Looking back now do you regret spending the money considering the mess you got in? Was it all worth it for that ONE semi final?
It was you English ****s that started the thread and were slating the Scottish game. I don't disagree that the quality up here is poor yet both Rangers and Celtic have been in European finals in the last 10 years. English teams need to spend millions of pounds to be able to reach European finals

If you were to add up how much Fulham's squad cost it would come to over £50m easily. They paid £10m for ****ing Andy Johnson!!
