Just wondered what you lot all thought of the England game yesterday and more importantly the players who you would mind at the SOL next season.

For me Shaqiri looked like he had a crackin left foot, creative and dangerous whenever he got the ball. Only 19 apparently and playing at Basle at the moment so might not be a bad deal if we wanted to test their resolve.

Would have loved the left back Ziegler aswel especially with Sampdoria being relegated thought we might have a chance but apparently hes agreed to join Juventus not long ago.

Even that lad up front Derdiyok looked like he could handle the physical aspect of the English game and hold the ball up if nothing else.

seen him a few times for club and country and looks a canny player would be a good signing can play either wing
 
Unfortunately I couldn't watch the game, as I was stranded in St. Malo until 1 in the morning waiting for a boat back home! And it was only running on three engines, so it took ages to get back! And I've got two ****ing exams tomorrow...

BTW, me and the mrs love St Malo. Went there last year and going back later this summer. Do you know the place well?

I've been there a couple of times, the city centre's quite nice. I went on a school trip a couple of years ago, so we found the sex shop almost instantly! <laugh>

I was trying to put off revision for the whole holiday, this is a good procrastination tool!
