just saw the sky programme which showed highlights of their match, spurs played them off the park, should have won by at least 3. they obviously moaned about the pen where townsend dived but the ref missed one earlier that they should have had.

I am very happy that you beat the Mancs yesterday ,but you do realise Swamp that our season and your season is not going to be defined by yesterdays opponents . <ok>

Being serious anything off the Manchester clubs has to be seen as a bonus. You lot realised Shelvey isnt better than Gerard yet? He looked very dodgy in the highlights and whilst the 2nd pen was a dive Townsend took advantage of shelveys moronic lunge towards him. A player with half a brain had to know the ref would look to rectify his mistake from the first half.
