Just shows that perspective can make people judge events completely differently.

Just as older fans see Wenger slightly differently to younger ones, the players will see him differently as well. People simplify situations these days too much. Seemingly by consensus, a person is either good or evil, a genius or a cretin, and so on. If you disagree with a point, you are labelled as someone with the most extreme view in the other direction.

The reality is always more murky and grey. I suspect that if Wenger does leave, there will be more than one unforeseen side-effect, that we haven't anticipated.

We can say that from the outside and it's certainly worrying but it's unfair to judge seeing as we have no idea how big a part wenger has played in his development. From what I can see Ramey owes wenger more than the club cnsidering wenger could've easily sold and replaced him but we have no idea with regards to Wislhere in whom wenger had an eye on from the age of 16 .

When/if he decides to leave it will have nothing to do with Wenger, it will be because he wants more money or a better chance of trophies, the same as any other player..

Although I understand why a lot of our players run away from Arsenal, after the RVP debacle I don't trust any of these guys. They have no loyalty to anyone but to themselves. But I guess it's like that everywhere.

Looks like a classic case of journos asking leading questions to then get the quotes they want.

Im also curious why it says 5-6 years since winning a trophy.
