Some Hull folk (but not all ) support their local RL team and an out of town football team.

They seem to see no contradiction in this, and enjoy ridiculing and belittling HCFC.

This is probably because many of them are stupid thick shallow bastards.

No City fan supports an out of town RL team. although they might selectively wish a local RL team to lose now and again, they wouldn't dream, of supporting an out of town RL team on an ongoing basis.

RL is too boring and smalltown for that.

If the City of Culture decision makers have seen that poster, then Terry G aka Lord of Culture, might as well shove the application in a place where the sun never shines..
