Gentlemen and ladies (that I know frequent this site) from time to time.. I know I don't publish much on here anymore, but do keep an eye on stuff when I get a chance..

I shall keep this brief.. Or Sparkey will fall asleep again.. I am now contributing to a weekly podcast called Built on Sloper Road each week and would love to get a chance to plug it on this forum. It's a Cardiff City podcast that discusses transfers, match previews and more.. So if you guys haven't already heard about it we can be followed on twitter @BuiltonSloperRd and on FB and you can catch the podcasts on iTunes under BOSR or from the website Www.BuiltonSloperRoad.co.uk. I'll post more on here now to try to try and get some more listeners.. We've had some great guests already with Jon Parkin, Gavin Rae and have just interviewed big Nev Southall and have McPhail in the pipeline too.

Lot of old names still about fella. It's a bit quiet at the moment due to a recent spat with the usual interlopers from another board but it looks like Taff and Sheep's new rule book has put paid to that. <ok> Bet you miss the Boi stalker from WOL. <laugh>

Sparkey! I never had a run in with salad.. He left 606 before I started up properly I think.. It was the ladyboi I always had problems with..

ITIWRAN I don't bother with WOL now since its gone FB registered. Think it's pants.

Thanks for the comments on BOSR we're working hard. The Dutch Ray interview was a definite fave of mine. Very open an frank. Worth a listen if you get a chance gents and ladies of course.

Evening Benni/Gents... Its been a while as things have been manic but I still keep the odd eye out for threads etc. Good to see plenty of the old faces still around.

I've not had chance to check out BOSR yet but certainly will do so.

Cracking start to the season (WHU excepted), hope to get on here a bit more frequently this season..
