I thank you Leeds60, don't think many people are disagreeing. I thought Bardsey was only 40 minutes away from Boro anyway (I could be wrong, haven't driven through there in years). If it was only that far then I'd be surprised he was trying to rush selling his house before even a transfer went through. This makes me think that we perhaps are reading into it a little bit, either way its a stupid time to put a for sale sign in your front garden. House is big gated naturally I would say 5 bed rooms doesnt like gardening got rid of the lawn for pebbles
