From someone on SaintsWeb: "He looks like he is as mad as a March hare. Would love it if he shared a hotel room with Boruc on an away trip. I can just imagine Poch knocking on their door at 4am and finding them both wearing togas, having a watermelon fight with dead pheasants all over the floor."
BBC reporter Nabil Hassan: "5 cameras and 10 journalists currently on site at St Mary's waiting to talk to Daniel Osvaldo. He's keeping us waiting (is late)."
Of course he's late, he's a rock'n'rolla. He's got a pile of coke and a pile of hookers to get through before he comes on stage.
Bored of waiting with no backing music for the arrival of Dani Osvaldo. So I am now listening to the Pirates of the Caribbean theme tune...
I like it. There's a sense of drama there. He brings attention and publicity to Southampton FC. And, if he keeps it up, Fran will be home from work.
"By the way" by RHCP just played on the radio, and I sang "Dani Osvaldo singing songs to me beneath the marquee, overlooooad" without thinking anything of it. I think I need to go outside
BBC's Nabil Hassan: "A spectacled Daniel Osvaldo has brought a 10-strong entourage with him. He looks a bit like Jack Sparrow! #saintsfc #bbcfootball"
The comments section has some gems in it: "We dont need Osvaldo. Waster of money should have got Steven Naismith from Everton, just as good!!" I don't know, I hope so, I'll have a look later. The National's version is fine by me though.
SFC Media Team's Tom Coull: "Daniel Osvaldo is just having his photo taken by @Wattsypics. He's due in the press conference very soon. Patience! "
