Some incredible football from you lot for the first 35 minutes. We were nowhere near you!

How do you see us (Hull City) doing this time around?

Any of our players look good enough for the division?

I think you have a lot more in the tank and sat back a little after half-time but think we looked a lot tidier after 35 minutes.

Brady was decent, got into some good positions bu the final ball was not always the best and Elmohammady gets forward well, McGregor earned his pay packet today though despite the free kick.

I am interested to see Sagbo in a home game without so much pressure but Danny Graham was anonymous

I think Hull City did themselves proud today! We came flying out of the blocks, but your lot found their composure in the second half and made me a bit nervous at times about how it would end! If you can learn from this ,I reckon you might survive year one in the PL! Good luck! <ok>

Good match for both sides to get out of the way. Hull were under the shower for 40 mins, when Chelsea looked extremely good. There was pressure on both for different reasons, with us , we went out too quickly and in the 2nd half ,paid the price. Almost too much adrenaline from our players. Hull struggled big time to keep up, but 2nd half saw a big improvement and plenty of fight as well. Huddlestone made a significant difference and brought composure and no little skill.
Now that's out of the way, time for both to settle in, get the pace right, and learn how to bring the new players along.
Too early to make predictions, but we showed we can really attack, you showed you can play in this league. Good luck to you.

We were brilliant first half... Reall good but you came back at us in the second half. Will yous stay up? I'm not sure... Possibly with a couple more signings but it's a very tough league... Well done today though. Play like you did in the second half and you'll be fine. Surprised you didn't sell out 3000 though for the first game of the season

HCAFC--That goalie of yours (McGregor?) is top drawer ! He'll be key in your results this year!
