I have to admit I enjoyed watching us play the passing game yesterday.

Good to see us playing it out from the back and keeping possession.

I would like to think that as the season progresses we will become slicker with the passing and quicker.

It was difficult yesterday with Fulham parking the bus. This is not going to happen in our next 8 home games.

Can we sustain this passing game against the top teams?

Will be a much tougher test against the bigger teams but a more open game will definitely suit us

Tony, I don't know if you heard Martin Jol after the game, he said "you have to control the midfield and because Sunderland played four forwards we couldn't create the extra man in midfield so we struggled".

I found that an insight into pro coaches and how they think about the game.

It's just nice to see us trying to play football properly.

It's going to take a bit of time but we are going to be alright.

Already ten times better than MON.

Not sure if we will have the possession against the big teams to play the passing game, but then I am sure AJ, Giac and Sess with have a field day on the counter-attack when playing teams who dont park the bus.

Di Canio will have us playing passing game when we have the ball, and quick counter attacks when we dont. I cant wait to see how our team progresses during the season as our new players get used to the premier league and have even more time to gel.
