Limerick Vs Clare later on.

The minors are on just now. Galway Vs Limerick. We are in extra time. It was 16 points apiece at FT. Our first piece of Hawkeye controversy. The ref called for it when The umpire flagged a point.....the graphic showed the ball going over, the text said.....


MISS.

Controversial to say the least. If this happened in a senior game, we'd be talking about it until next year.
 
Galway win 0-23 to 0-20.

Hawkeye has apparently been pulled until they can be sure it works. Absolute sickener for the Limerick kids.
 
And wouldn't you know it, the Hawkeye would have been needed.

It mattered not a jot. Clare were well the better side. 1-22 to 0-18.

Clare it is....bring it on.
 
Limerick hit far too many wides in the first half and could not get close enough to Clare after that.
I think Cork will be too good for Clare in the final and i can`t see Cork missing the type of scoring chances that Limerick missed.

Clare missed an awful lot against Cork. Clare are the side that we could all see coming. Cork, not so much. I'd make Clare favourites. They've beaten Cork 3 times this year already.....

I want to be wrong.
 
I was surprised at how poor Limerick were, the management team and a lot of the players had a shocker. Fair play to the Banner though they were just better in nearly every aspect.
 
Limerick minors found out today that the CCCCCCB can't look at their Hawkeye appeal. They are looking to take it all the way.
