Arsenal did the stupid thing of admitting to everyone they have **** loads of money to spend. Meaning all clubs will now try and get silly money for any player they want, and also the fans believe they are going to now spend money. If they'd have kept their mouth shut and said the same thing they said every year and only sign 1 or 2 players with no marquee signings then the fans would be just as happy as they always are and quote "they have a young squad that are all developing into a title winning side in 2-3 years time".

He's supposed to be a very highly rated youngster. Unfortunately for Arsenal he's also got a very poor injury record, don't expect to see him playing alot.

True and we have to give him the benefit of the doubt since he's a young up and coming manager with only one or two top flight seasons under his belt.
